» CulinaryJen - Pressure Cookers I don't have a pressure cooker, yet my toy store is any place that sells kitchen appliances! I recently saw an episode on "Good Eats" (Food Network) and they explained how to make a broth in a pressure cooker. It looked quite handy at this time of year!I, also, had no idea (until your article) that you could do preserving or canning! That I am most interested in!
