Hi Kimberly,If you have not already seen it, there's a humorous article about Anthony Bourdain in the August edition of Gourmet magazine. Essentially, he is profiled as a cranky and self-absorbed man of letters gone bad, much as you describe, although the article tries hard to make him "human" in the end. I got the distinct impression of a fit Norman Mailer of cookery. Enjoyed your review!
