Jen - I'm so happy you tackled this topic. I love reading cookbooks and with so many available at discount prices on the Web it's great to have different suggestions than just the well publicized ones.

I have a favor to ask. I can't wait to try the recipe since I'm writing a course on Cooking with Herbs and Spices - and am just about to tackle the lesson on baking . Can I refer to this column in the lesson?
