I particularly enjoyed this article. The artist's preoccupation with fairy tales is most interesting. No doubt her art speaks to most of our western culture as we grew up hearing these stories.

As a parent, I withheld fairy tales from my children until they were about six - consequently my kids had almost no nightmares, unlike most children and unlike myself as a child.

The wolf as red riding hood seems as if it comes from a child's nightmare.
