» Snootz - Thinning plants and ids

I have a philodendron in my home that is taking over. It is only about 3 years old--when I got it, it was a vine and a leaf--now it has about 8 vines and is really bushy--it is already in a 5 gallon pot and I don't want to go any bigger, I've also had people ask for pieces. How do I thin it? Can I just divide the root balls? This might be a bit problematic b/c it is so viny. I have another plant in my office that people would like part of--I think it is another philodendron variation--it has almost chevron-shaped leaves and they grow on stalks--again, it has outgrow its pot. An ID and help on thinning it would be appreciated.

Finally (whew), I have a hanging plant (at least I think it is)--it has vines that look almost succulent, but the leaves are not, they are very small, almost perfectly round, and very thin. At the end of the vine (which is very reddish, BTW), I have been getting teeny pinkish flowers w/ five leaves--just one bloom at the end of the vine--it seems to bloom more when I take the bloomed-out flowers off. It likes to be kept moist, but not too wet, and it is in constant secondary light (by windows that don't get direct sun ever). Would appreciate any help.

Thanks.
