» gem57 - Practical suggestion you have in here . . . Hi, Ann. You're right, a container could be just anything for as long as it can hold soil or water.I have two general types of containers: the pots (plastic, ceramics, clay and metal) for my 'soil' plants and the bottles for my 'water' plants. Inside my place (a 3-bedroom flat, 4th floor of a 6-storey bldg.), almost every space you'll find all kinds of pots and bottles. I keep plants in the bathroom (I have 3), top of my the fridge, T.V., stereo, book shelves and tables. I even have one here in front of the keyboard. I love to plant and enjoy collecting containers. I'm glad to know that there are others who do the same. Simply me, Freda -- posted by gem57 » Carol Wallace - My favorite "planter" Is a piece of tree stump with a huge hollow in it. I stuck a plastic pot into the hole and planted it with ivy and white trailing petunias.-- posted by Carol Wallace
