» nazlidortkol - social effects of computer games Do computer games destroy one's social life?-- posted by nazlidortkol » Wolvie27 - Re: social effects of computer games In response to message posted by nazlidortkol:I'd have to respond that only the individual gamer determines how much computer games play a role in their socializing or if they even bother to socialize. But if I take the greatest gamers - the folks who design games - as examples, I observe a majority of them have very good social lives. More related to the article, I feel the need to object at that Doom was the first FPS, Wolfenstien 3D (also made by ID) should have that distinction. Probably should be recognized for its great use of the then new idea of shareware. -- posted by Wolvie27
