All the Small Things

Well, here are a few of my "Wow!" moments.

The Matrix - where they enter the government building and the guard says, "Holy shit!" That whole scene was just so incredibly well done, pure and simple rush. There was tons of other great wow moments in this movie, but this one really stands out in my mind.

The Two Towers; Lord of the Rings by JRR Tolkien - where Samwise thinks Frodo is dead. I honest to God find it hard to supress tears in that part of the book since its brings to to such a head the immense amount of emotion JRR Tolkien somewhat miraculously managed to put into his writing.

X-men (The Movie) - the whole friggin' thing. When I went to see this, I was expecting to watch cod peices galor ala Batman Forever. Mabey that also helped propel the movie to classic statis in my mind.

PC Accelerator - The first time I read this magazine I had picked out of a trash bin at work, with a bunch of other game related magazines, just because I had some time on my hands. I was hooked. The writing was superb, witty, and seemly uncompromised. I'm pretty damn sure this magazine was good deal involved with PC Gaming going under and PC Gamer/PC Game World changing their style. Its too bad this magazine ceased being printed, even though I did stop reading when they switched from two demo CDs to one with their magazine.

Drawing - the first time I drew a cartoon making fun of myself if I happened to be a super hero and the first time a drew a woman while she was nude. Damn, the female form is a fine peice of work.

Well, I would write more, but I don't want to make this too lengthy.
