» barrie - Welcome to Suite101

Hi Flora

Where were you 45 years ago when I needed you?

I am sending your article off to my son who has been at university (UBC) for the past 7 years and still does not get the time management thing. Is it burnout when the two flames meet in the middle? I get the feeling he maybe going for 7 more so maybe there is hope for him.

I visited your Gift Basket site. Wow those basket really motor about. I noticed that your Basket site is not part of your Suite101 heading. There is nothing wrong (and lots good) with cross-pollination. You can check with your Managing Editor on how to get your site into your Suite101 heading and Suite101 logos into [giftbasketsbyflora.com].

Do you know of an association of collage councilors that you can send your articles to or should your campaign focus on the High School Grads? Must be a way to get this important information into the right hands.

Good luck with your basket business and I hope you enjoy your time here at Suite101. If the fledging students will listen to your message I am sure you will save young lives, extend collage careers and cut down on the parent’s ulcers.

Regards

What a great article! I'm 16 and will be commuting to college this coming winter. I was feeling lost as to figure out how I could handle everything...but your article was a real inspiration! Thanks!

» Shyrl - Welcome to Suite101!

Dear Flora,

What a terrific first article, full of insights I lacked back in the 70's. I've made your article required reading for Genesis as she enters her last year in September.

I'm so glad you've joined us at Suite101. College-bound and present students should bookmark this subject. They are in for an education and the knowledge that years of experience brings.

Best wishes,
