I have organic coffee plantations and processing units with the Papuan people and sometimes require assistance of a more experienced grower and processor. My consultant is from Jaques Australian coffee. He has developed a new liquor whereby he and an alcoholic beverage maker have made a joint effort. Nat supplies the cold coffee concentrate and the alcohol producer finishes bottling the product. The end result is really good. It's something like Kalua, but distinctively different.Caroline
