I was just wondering if you know any place that gives you education about how to make different kinds of coffee in the San Francisco, Bay Area.

I don't as I know live on the east coast, but I worked in an upscale kitchen store for a while and we use to put 1 tsp of ground cinnamon in with the coffee grounds prior to brewing and the customers used to rave about it. They didn't believe it was just off the shelf coffee.
