Calvinism appears to be one of the most God's-law conscious religious movements in Christian History. As historically the safest place for Calvinism, Switzerland thus becomes the nation with the strongest record of respect for God's law, as moderated by beliefs in the ministry of Yeshua or Jesus. Therefore, it is probably not a coincidence that Switzerland has a very good, perhaps the best in history, record of peace, prosperity, and health.

Perhaps, in attempting to solve religious abuse problems with freedom of religion governmental actions, we have thrown the baby out with the bath water. If we want good government, prosperous nationhood, and peace, we might be willing to learn something from Switzerland's historical respect for Biblical legal codes.

Compare, for example, nearby Albania, with similar geography, but totally opposite religious history and totally opposite record of national success.
