Gabriel, Circleslide's lead singer and guitarist, e-mailed and explained the "americana" thing. When he started doing solo work, his original style was americana. He said it's hard to shake the first impressions. He even had one of his solo CDs at Crossover. I wish I'd have snagged that one, too.-- posted by Ognyen
