Here is the photo of Brenda's friend's windows, with my suggested window treatment added by using Adobe Photoshop tools. First, look at the windows the way they look now, in Bren's earlier message. Then look at this one, to see how dramatically different the 3 windows look, and how they would now be a focal point for the room:

I didn't see the second recliner in your photos, or I would not have suggested some of the changes. However, your friend will really benefit from moving some of the art work and decorations to other rooms or "blessing" family and friends with them as gifts! The room will seem more spacious and she actually will have more options for change than she has now.
