This archived discussion is "read only". » Barbara Bell - Welcome back, students! In order to complete the final days of the course, and to continue some of our conversations, this thread has been started just for you. Please put in your subject line whether your message is about Lesson 7 or 8; a submitted final project or a critique. Off-topic messages should also be identified. Thanks! -- posted by Barbara Bell » Barbara Bell - Lesson 8: Final Projects The first final project has been submitted by Brenda, and you may view it here. When we have received everyone's submissions and I have posted them, we can begin Lesson 8's critiques. If for some reason this discussion board disappears because the course has ended, I am going to also post this message at the Course Discussion at my topic, Interior Decorating for Beginners. But post here first, please. -- posted by Barbara Bell » SheridanKH - Lesson 8: Final Projects In response to message posted by bici:I'm sorry -- it's been really busy over the hoidays and I didn't get a chance to submit anything for the last lesson. I do like the way I've rearranged the living room to eliminate the shouting distance in the conversation area. I'm still working on the mantel to have more of a "collection" of stuff up there instead of just a mish-mash! The computer area over in the corner is still the bane of the living area. But I've inherited a chaise lounge from my mom, so I'm trying to kind of turn it into a libray corner with a computer, instead of the computer being the center of everything! We'll see. Sorry again that it's taken me so long to check in! Brenda, you did a great job on your final project -- good luck with implementing your great design!! -- posted by SheridanKH Please follow the guidelines set forth in the Suite101 Posting Etiquette when adding to the discussion. |
