Another Neck Question: another neck pain question

Hello everybody ! I am a 37 year old male, and i suffer with pains in my neck musles since i was 14. I have the urge to stretch my neck musles all the time and keep turning my head left and right for no perticular reason and i think people see me as a mad man. Some doctors said its a tick or a system habit, for me its a massive problem as when i was younger it was less freguent, now its very bad and it doesnt leave me alone. I saw many doctors in my life and tried many therapy's, but nothing works. I have never been diagnost with any problem and i had many x-rays and MRI's made through out my life. At the moment my neck muscles are tired and my head feels heavy all the time. I need to know if anybody out there has simillar problems and if he found any cure..
