Hi TBoro,
Your neck and TMJ pains could stil be muscular/spinal; however, I'm pleased to hear that your physician reamins actively involved with you. I assume that you had just started the antibiotics when you last wrote to me. Give them a longer time to work. TMJ is often involved when a person has neck problems. I can't say it's exactly "normal", but it is common. Please keep me informed.
