A gold mine of motivational techniques to interest teachers at all grade levels in designing lesson plans with absorbing content. I am currently featuring Rowling's books in my professional training workshops for new teachers, as an example of "thinking outside the box" in my administrative leadership support for school sites, and as an easy read for developmental reading classes at a community college level.
