I REALLY KNOW HOW YOU FEEL,MY DAUGHTER WAS 6 YRS.OLD WHEN SHE TOLDME WHAT HAPPENED TO HER.I TOLDTHE WELFARE SYSTEM SINCE I DIDNT HAVE CUSTODY OF HER AT THE TIME.OF COURSE HER FATHER DIDNT BELIEVE HER AND STILL DONT.SEE,IT WAS HIS STEP BROTHER THAT DONE IT.IT WENT THROUGH TRIAL,AND MYDAUGHTER HAD TO FACE HER ACCUSED ANDSINCE HER STORY DIDNT MATCH WORD FOR WORD,THEY LET HIM OFF.HE HAD MESSED WITH A 7YR.OLD WHEN HE WAS YOUNGER AND FOUND GUILTY. YOU NEVER PUT A CHILD IN FRONT OF THE ACCUSSED OF COURSE HER STORY WOULD CHANGE.SO I DO KNOW HOW YOU FEEL THE JUSTICE DEPARTMENT LETS THESE PEDIFILES RUN FREE,WHILE THESE KIDS HAVE TO FEAR WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO THEM SINCE THEY TOLD.SO IT IS UP TO US TO PROTECT OUR OWN THEJUSTICE SYSTEM WONT!!!!!!!-- posted by PINTO

My grandson was molested by my daughter boyfriend when he was 3, she was on drugs so we took him. We went thru hell w/him traumatic stress syndrome & scared of everything. He got away w/it since the childs age. We moved far away & when he was 11, a man offered to tutor him, which I sd had to be done in our house, started buying him all kinds of things (he was married) The boy told me to stop him from coming he was getting weird feelings as I was. He got real nasty about it & went on to mentor another boy w/problems. Now there's a man in charge of chorus in the church who wants to spend most of his time w/my grandson 13 now & a 17yr old both of who have no fathers. He wants to take them out to eat esp the 17yr old & goes to the church late at night even 1am to go on his computer (his car has been seen) says he's cking his e-mail. I have real bad vibes about this one too but I hinted to the paster & he doesn't want to hear it. I'm getting sick & tired of them all over, is it me or what?-- posted by joyed

I have read your posting and I can definitely sympathize with you. I have a 9 year old daughter and a 12 year old son that have gone through it when they were 2 years old on up and received no help from anyone when I questioned there be a possibility of this. Counselors and child protective services thought I was crazy because I was going through a divorce at the time.It took the state from 1995 to 2000 and the help from the state police before they finally told the Dept. of Children and Families that something was wrong.
DCF had me interrogated by the police because my ex now blamed me. 2 years later they found that it was him all along.
I lost 4 years of their life because of him and DCF. I can never have my son home again due to him reacting on his sister but I still have contact with him. As for my sons father, well he served 9 mo. and was released on good behavior. What has the world come to. I'm afraid for both my children. When you have read this, I hope we'll be able to talk to each other about this some more. and please my name is Rhonda

I was raped by two old men when I was five. I never told anyone. I still have flashbacks 14 years later. Those guys screwed up my life and I have to pay to got help now. The law needs to be exposed for what they are and that is just as guilty as these molestor r i just spent 17yrs paying a child molester in the state of florida judges here are crooks one judge who started it all in my case with his false arrest of me killed himself yet he was found inocent of anywrong doing yeah right he just killed himself for nothing, Class action suits towards state county, city and feds, put people out of office who fail to protect our kids, everytime the child molester in my case wanted money or to win a new war in the case over my kid i was wrongfully jailed a domino effect happens to victims Expose THE COPS EXPOSE THESE JUDGES< BILL BOARDS PUBLIC NOTICE SIGNS IN FRONT OF YOUR HOMES ON YOUR CARS WITH THEIR NAMES ON IT BAN TOGETHER MARCH ON THESE POLICE STATIONS COURT HOUSE MEDIA FRONT STEPS, MY CASE WITH ALL THE SCAPEGOATING OF ME AND 20YRS OF FIGHTING the COURTS HAS LOST ME WELL OVER $700.000.00 and 20 yrs of life, and i never really even won a battle with them the molester got custody and i payed the molester. washington threw out a bill that would have better protected our children in 1994, how bout we start exposein it all together and put these preverts of of office, post every where u can tell every person u can let the voters know, and lets demand our losses back i don't care if you where raped 60 yrs ago its the gov, state and laws duty to protect us and we deserve to get justice and to get paind for all our pain and suffering at least 300.000 00 victims as i understand this so those of us who have had our kids raped and nothing done is also nothing new to the law in this nation-- posted by wisewon

The law has had the means to convict in many many of these cases, cops refuse to investagate, judges refuse to side with the victims, lawmakers lay out rules you can't win by and the all know it and that makes em all just as guilty as the rapest. i have been falsely arrested, denied legal councel, denied, jobs, a home, my right to drive attacks, atemps on my life threats u can just about name it the law and the ex whos the molester has done it to me the last 20 yrs, there was medical proof she molested my daughter, she failed a polygraph as to doing it, her boyfrd as to knowing who did it, the child told my mother, the daycare teacher, babysitter, and lady in child protection, a medical examine show the child to have been molested yet her and her boyfrd never spent one min in a jail cell and in florida the crime is a capital felony an carries life the law has covered up after covered up.they have intead of going after the child molester gone after me, thus carring out the threats of my ex-wife and her family that they had power and pull here in florida anf if i did not do as i was told i be jobless, homeless, girlfrd, and frdless, jailed falsely, or even dead if i did n't watch my step. SO i am not supprised at all seeing your posting on this subject there are many of us in this vary same nightmare, 20 yrs of my life was spent in trying to protect my child and even after my child is now an adult and the even forced to to pay this child molester 2000.00 bucks she even addmitted in court she wasn't owed they are still attackin me still destroying my life, the domino or ripple effect is one vary vary long drawn out damaging thing, like a cancer each week i'd look an my pathic lil paychecks see another hunk gone paid to a child molester and u can't even afford to live, REminded each week seein that check HA HA HA we molested your kid and we got away with it and were going make life a living hell for you HA HA HA never even winning a real battle in 15yrs of court dates really and not even close to winning a war, never any closure smoking ciggerett after ciggertt out of worry when will they molest the child again, maybe next time they'll kill the child, have the molested the child again and brainwashed the child, when and where will the law srike again with more unjust falseness, is there someone out there waiting to wack you cause u now are a thorn.Alone non of us will ever defeat these crimes or the people in charge of making sure our children and us are protected, all we can hope for is to deal with the nightmare better than the victims before us, this is true a crime that destroys for many many yrs like cancer it eats and eats at u, one must try to stay vary srtong at all times just to maintain let alone over come. Every place you can think of to expose the people who do this and who fail to protect our kids needs to be done theres gonna be more saftey in numbers and its already been a long hard war for many, many have lost there lives fighting it. I myself most likely have almost 2 feet in my grave already i am lucky that i still suck air at all, you'd have thought i was a terrorist and was fighting some nations army all that i have been put threw and i never so much as ever laid a hand on my child or even ever yelled at her and shes now 21 and will tell you so to.i busted up my back twice trying to meet the demands of the stated to pay this child molester and trust me they could care less if i had to drag my body in there to give the child molester money i'd better do it, they cared less if i lived or died, got blinded or went crazy, they'd just steel your social security money from you then, thats just how bad and how hard it is to get justice when your childs been raped.Only a few lucky ones get the rapested convicted, even then theres still many yrs of pain and suffering. There needs to be a group formed thats free and will truely help fight this war, cause right now we are all fighting a vary large army and its one against them, this is why we keep looseing, at least here with the internet you now can see your not the only one, and these things been going on for yrs long before the internet only God knows the people the law has destroy because it fails to protect its people.e-mails are vary welcome and if someone has the means to start a nationwide organzation and get the right attys to go after and win these battles perhaps at some point we can win a war such as this, no matter what evolves, there are still going to be battle scares on us all and hope at the vary least we can greatly reduce them, get your chuch'es to organize and protest write sentors and congress goto to voting place with the names of these cops and judges who fail to protect our kids and refuse to compinsate us our damages pain and sufferings. find commin grounds that help better prove a childs been molested for real get the facts and forms of protections we need to win again instead of being victimized again and again-- posted by wisewon

In response to message posted by PINTO:I kmow how you feel. My 2 year old daughter told me that her dad had been molesting her. I went to the police station and filed a report and they have yet to do anything to him. They said that they will not arrest him unless he takes a polygraph test but they cant make him take one. They have my child on video tape saying what her father done to her and thats not enough evidence because of her age. Children of her age like to make up stories, thats their answer to it. If I take this into my own hands they'll put me under the jail. I don't believe in the system anymore.

Know one wants to investigate or believe the mind control these pedophilies have on the children. We are considered the bad guy because we see it and ask others to check it out. The children are here to serve the parents. They are still treated like property. The system is there to protect the guilty anymore. So it seems. I hear case after case. Yet, the system pretends all these cases are false and made up with no real facts behind them. No study has been done on any children in these cases. I am trying to get my daughter permission to see a counselor to help her but it appears by the time I get it. Her mind will be so far gone she will not be able to help herself anymore. She is convienced that she is helpless in this matter. I only wish I can figure out what he is saying to her only then can I fight or help her fight against his monstrosity of controlling her. She use to tell me how he stole her thoughts and gave her his thoughts and all she wanted was her own thoughts back. So she can tell. She now longer can say this any more to me and this was all on her own accord and origination. It hurts to see your child go through this. I am rendered helpless to help her. If anyone has suggestions or help that would be useful I am open to hear such thoughts. thank you.
