I would like to ask you some questions regarding your prayer above. I ask as one who is an intercessor, who prays and sees many answers to prayer and wants to see others to pray more fruitfully and effectivly.
Why may I ask that the prayer must be published once answered as Jesus told us to go into our rooms and ask privatly?
Why do we have to ask this for 3 days?, when Jesus taught us to knock and keep knocking, God answers our prayers when we ask him, sometimes he answers them quickly within minutes, sometimes it may take years for the answer to come about.
We do not need to ask Jesus to forgive us for 3 days before he does, as soon as we confess our sin to him and ask forgiveness it has been washed away. He promises never to leave us nor forsake us.
I feel that this type of praying is coming out of an unsureness of our relationship with God.
