» tamara_peters - Thanks, Mary!

Great article with tons of important information for your readers. smile

I didn't realize that hypothermia could set in at only 95 degrees, core temp..

I remember as a child, swimming in the ocean, I would literally be turning blue, shaking like a leaf, but still not want to come out of the water. LOL I do remember one gal who dove in, and had to be rescued because the water was sooo cold she immediately went into shock.

I miss swimming in the ocean, but find it's just too cold for me now. In fact, most pools are too cold as well. Something about fibro and cold temps just doesn't mix well.

I suspect there are other illnesses that make one more susceptible as well?

Thanks for the great read.

Hugs,
T

Tamara,

All of the information in the article is very important for those who spend a lot of time outdoors in the winter. Hypothermia can set in quickly and is very dangerous.

You can't get me in a pool that is under 80 degrees. LOL I like it about as warm as it can get.

I'm glad you enjoyed the article. Thanks for all the kind words. smile Hope you are doing fine.
