I believe Reese makes a hitch mounted bike rack, where the rack is mounted between the coupler and the receiver. I think it holds 4 bikes. I'm pretty sure it's less expensive than the Yakima rack, but all the weight on the back may cause your rear suspension to sag heavily, in which case you would need to add air shocks or heavy duty shocks to your Safari. The total cost of this system may end up being more than the Yakima roof-mounted system. I saw a manufacturer that made a 4-bike unit that straps on to the top of your popup (i.e. no holes in your roof) and believe it was more affordable than the Yakima system. I can't remember the name of it, though. Hope this helps.
