I just bought a 2001 Niagara (Feb 24, 2001) with air conditioning, decor package, add-a-room, brake control, tags ect. for $10,600 out the door. Mine included a Coleman trade-in that the dealer gave me $300 over blue book retail, and $1000 over what anyone else would give. Your price seems high to me for what we are paying in the south. I know prices west of the Mississippi are highest, and the south lowest, but it is a hassle to buy out of state.
