Coleman, Rockwood, Vicking, and Palomino.... Does anyone have any advice regarding these? The Coleman seemed to be the best but also the most expensive... I was very impressed with the Rockwood and it had a lot of amenities for the money.. not to mention quite a bit less expensive than the Coleman..... Has anyone out there had a Rockwood for awhile.. Well about 4 months ago I bought a Jayco Pop Up and when your bones start to get noise, so you want some comfort. Well we like it a lot I am the 4th owner and it is in great shape. I am retired from the military and I have been using the military RV camp sites. What I have notice more and more tents site are getting fewer and fewer. I don't have all the modern stuff like a shower or toilet but been having a great time. Been to Penscola FL, great site and New Orleans LA and down to Biloxi MS. And the best part is meeting new people. Getting ready to hit road again this weekend, Biloxi MS. We have tent camped for quite sometime but this past christmas we bought a 2000 coleman Tacoma in great shape 1 owner, with everything in it. this weekend we went ot Blue Springs state park, and even thought it was raining we (wife and 2 teenage daughters) had a great time. Bud-- posted by Budsandy » GolfHack - Re: Pulling problems with our pop-up I too recently purchased a popup and had problems with swaying.Question, when the camper is hooked to the tow vehicle and loaded, it the camper level, nose low, or nose high? You want it to be level or "slightly" nose low. If the trailer is setting with the nose higher than the rear, this will induce sway. I needed a friction type sway bay to eliminate the swaying on my trailer (Coleman Niagra).
