Why do people plant so much zucchini? The old excuse about planting lots to get enough doesn't cut it - there is always too much zucchini.Do people really like it that much? Mildew can be a problem at that time of year, though, solved with a timely rinse of baking soda, water, and just a dash of dishsoap.Neighborly zucchini disposals, ...er, donations go into the compost.
