While I decorate cakes and run a bakery as my day job, I am more interested in having my own business, and being able to do delicate one-of-a-kind type things. Please contact me, cakenicing4u@yahoo.com At your convenience. -- posted by cakenicing4u » bruns - cake decorating term "quilting" I would like for someone that is familiar with this cake decorating style to please let me know what this is. I am suppose to make my daughter's wedding cake in November and the cake she has chosen requires a "quilted" finish on the icing. I have taken a cake decorating course, but this leaves me clueless. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!Beverly -- posted by bruns
