Paula and Shelley,You guys are nuts. I have been gone from home way too long. I'm gonna haf to take Cajun 101 four I go home in da fall.
It took me ten years to lose my accent and about 2 seconds to remember it. Oh loyd.
Everytime I call home it starts to creep up. My friends can always tell if I have been talking to my Mom. I speak three different languages not counting Cajun French, which I'm really not so good at. Trouble is that everyone would start speaking French when they didn't want the kids to know what they were saying.
Keep up the good work. We displaced Cajuns need a place to return to normal every once in a while.
