I've tried and tried and I can never figure out forms. What exactly do you have to do?

In response to message posted by CliveCussler:

There are several steps - plan and design your form, create it, upload it (if you created it offline), collect the data, decide how to get that data from the website back to yourself (for example using "mailto" to receive it by email), and then use or store the data.

One of my hosts now only allows form creation on-line. I have to log in to the control panel and create it there.

Others allow me to create off-line and upload as usual - check with your hosts help pages to see which method(s) you can use.

http://www.webmasterzine.com/htmlforms/ is a Directory of tutorials for creating forms.
http://visualtutorials.com/forms.htm is an excellent animated tutorial.

I find forms hard work - I don't know why! What's your main problem with them?
