Jill,

What a great review of Linda's book. It looks like she's covered a lot in it. Linda is very knowledgeable about antique dinnerware. I love her topic and it sounds like I'd love her book.

I collect a few thing. It's kind of a hodge-podge. I started out collecting green depression glass and have many pieces in different patterns. Then, people started giving me pieces for birthdays and other special occasions. At Valentine's this year, my husband bought me a cup & saucer made in India. It was made by Hitkari Potteries.

I more or less pick up pieces that catches my eye. I have a collection of 30 cups & saucers that sits on top of my cupboards in the kitchen. My china cabinet is full of beautiful pieces such as Limoges and even a handpainted bowl that is signed from 1908.

On top of all my china, I have an extensive postcard collection that I often use as graphics on my articles here at the Suite.

Your collection sounds wonderful. I'm so glad you read Linda's book and wrote this great review.
