» CFOvard - Great article~

Joe,
Great article and very informative. I do disagree with you on a few points since I have done some extensive studying in regards to the way the British treated and handled the whole famine issue. It is documented in journals and such from British officers themselves who were told to starve out the Irish. I have two very good sources that, if you are interested, are very good resources. They are located on my website (exact names of books and authors). But I would whole heartidly say that it was genocide on the British part. They were trying to control an empire and gain control of the whole world. They were doing it in America as well at the same time (I have books to prove that point if you are interested)
Yes, as you can tell, I get a bit ruffled under the feathers on this topic. My great grandparents who immigrated to the US got out in the nick of time and I bear their name prouldy!
Thanks for such a great article!
