I've tried all the usual oil of primrose type remedies, anti-inflammatory treatments and also progesterone creams, (which did work for about 2 months). But, I'm still suffering from swollen painful breasts for about 3/4 of every month. Has anyone got any tried and guaranteed remedies they can pass on please? I'm 51 and still having regular periods.
