Whole wheat bread know-how

» punkygirl34 - I need some help! I have recently become very sensitive to white sugar and flour. I am trying to eliminate both from my diet by learning how to make my own wheat bread and using honey,unprocessed from a local keeper. My problem is that my wheat bread tastes to "yeasty" for me. I understand basic "sponging" but have wasted many a cup of wheat flour trying to perfect my bread. Help!-- posted by punkygirl34
