» Izzy1998 - Re: c-section stomach I had a c section and was left with the poochy belly. What is finally working for me is a regimen of pilates/yoga based exercises. I have been using the ab exercises in the last three months of SELF magazine (March, April, May) and they are working. You could go to your local library and make copies of the pages with the exercises. You could also check out Pilates classes in your area but they are expensive.
