In response to message posted by seven7of9nine:Hope I can help, I,m not a profetional or anything but I have had four children( 1 c section) and mannaged to keep my flat tummy. you say that you train 3 times a week but you don,t say what it is you do whether it be weight trainning, cardio or both.Have you had your body fat measured? you could be carying a little extra.I found what worked for me was keeping up my cardio as well as some weght trainning,I do 2 spin classes aweek and run for 20min on the treadmill twice aweek I do crunches a couple of times a week to keep my abs tonned, most people don,t realise like yourself you probably have the abs there you just have to lose a little fat to show them through.make sure you are eating the right types of food also plenty of protein and low carb foods try to stay away from breads and don,t eat to many carbs at night, try to eat 5 to 6 small meals a day. If you havent already read it get Bill Phillips body for life it really helped me, I hope Ive helped you a little. -- posted by shellbell27 » sdauwer - Re: Re: flabby belly and all.....any one in the same situation? I am 26 with 3 kids 2 of them c-sections I am 5'7" and weigh 137lbs not much to complain about except I have a small pouchy stomach that I hate I want a flat belly I had been doing crunches everynight for 4 weeks and noticed no difference. A week and half ago bought a treadmill and have used it everyday for about 2 miles a day. I eat mostly no fat foods and low carbs but still see no difference is it possible to get a flat belly? I can feel the muscles under my chunk but it seems hopeless...what do you think?-- posted by sdauwer » sdauwer - Re: Re: flabby belly and all.....any one in the same situation? Does anyone know what I can do. I have been told just get on the treadmill and run it off but I am not sure. If anyone can help please do THX-- posted by housewife1733 » Izzy1998 - Re: c-section stomach I had a c section and was left with the poochy belly. What is finally working for me is a regimen of pilates/yoga based exercises. I have been using the ab exercises in the last three months of SELF magazine (March, April, May) and they are working. You could go to your local library and make copies of the pages with the exercises. You could also check out Pilates classes in your area but they are expensive. Ihope this helps a little.-- posted by Izzy1998 » Gummiebar39 - Re: Re: Re: flabby belly and all.....any one in the same situati In response to message posted by sdauwer:

I have done sit-ups, skipping, workout videos and 45 min walking a day. my weight is as before but i cant get rid of the little pouch you have. I think if you dont get stretchmarks then this would be easy to accomplish but from having my daughter 8 years ago my abdomen is covered. -- posted by losh
