Hey Dave,
I was diagnosed with an inguinal hernia and have surgery scheduled next week. It was a shock considering I made great gains over six months. Like yourself, I want to get back to the gym and train 100% Can you offer any insight into getting back, and I'd be curious what the surgeon said about the repair's strength. How strong is strong? Much appreciated
