- Re: please if you love yourself don't take hydroxycut
In response to message posted by cookie65: HI, my name is Carmen De Souza(24 yrs old) and I wanted to give you my opinion on this delicate matter of consuming a dietary supplement as Hydroxycut. I started taking hydroxycut last year for about a month and that is hydroxycut ephedra free ( you did not specify wheather you took ephedra free hydroxycut or not, if you took the one with ephedra I had a bad experience with it too, and I'll never dare taking it again, anyway...). I lost a lot of weight combining my comsumption of Hydroxycut (ephedra free) with an exercise routine, then unfortunately I had a car accident where I broke my knee and part of my leg, and regained some pounds that for me being a dedicated athlete were definetly a nightmare. This past week after almost 3 months of surgery to me knee I am again able to exercise, and I started taking it again. I get heart palpitations once in while and that is because of the eccess caffeine in your system and the best to do is drink a lot of water to try to wash it out of your body. Also never take two pills at the same time if it is your first time taking it, always take one and see how your body reacts to it, it would be very unusual to have a reaction from a single pill. Every week you add another pill, because it is a shock to your body; Hydroxycut not only contains the thermogenous ingredients for which it became famous, it also contains multiple vitamins and minerals if u take multiple hydroxycuts it deffinetly make the difference, even if just two. Also each pill contains as much caffeine as two cups of coffy. It is imperative that the day you take hydroxycut you don't consume any drinks that contain caffeine like tea, soda, or some fruit juices, and also foods high in sugar, because that would increase the jitters. I personally plan on stopping hydroxycut as soon as another month goes by but my experience with it has been neutral. I'm sorry that you had a negative experince with it, but for the future always know that when you are ingesting something, as with even prescribed medication follow the dosage to the letter. I personally had an allergic reaction and ended up in the hospital from taking Viox ( pain killer) for my period cramps and guess what? I was supposed to take one and I took two. Again these supplements aren't for everyone, at the end the healthiest way to loose weight and keep it off is exercise and a healthy diet. good luck!! carmen
