Also, as a side question, how many calories do you suggest for a 5'7, 132 lbs. women per day?-- posted by jackhass -- posted by jackhass » MattD_2 - abs You definitely want to add some diet and cardio into the equation, since crunches alone won't help you reach your goals.As for the calories, it depends on your natural metabolism and body composition. The best way to get a handle on YOUR situation, write down everything (!) you eat during a normal week. Then calculate the calories exactly (buy a cheap calorie counting book) and divide the grand total by 7. If your weight stayed the same during the week, you're looking at your approximate status quo-intake of calories. -- posted by MattD_2
