Re your point about nurses... Well, take into cosideration that most doctors will look at you funny if you ask them what Creatine is. Or a deadlift for that matter.
Except for TV soaps, how common is ripped abs among the docs out there?

The bottom line is that while I value doctors and nurses to 110% when I need surgery or has a broken leg, I would hardly trust them with writing a contest-prep diet & exercise plan.
Everybody has their field of expertise, plain and simple.
