» Hackenbush - Re: Love them In response to message posted by billie0:You are welcome. I loved them too when I was a kid, and a few years ago I spent much time tracking down every then out-of-print Little Rascals tape from Cabin Fever Video. It took me about a year to find every one. Once I finally had all 21 volumes... I copied each short film onto other tapes just so I could have them on tape in the order they were originally released in the movie theaters. I guess that is either called dedication or insanity! And that was two years ago. But they are there for that moment, coming up in the future, when I say "I wanna watch all the Little Rascals shorts." And yes, "Hackenbush" is from A DAY AT THE RACES. Dr. Hugo Z. Hackenbush, Horse Doctor, as played by Groucho. I co-run a Laurel and Hardy page (Laurel and Hardy Central, found in my links on the B&W Movies Welcome Page) but my first love, even before Laurel and Hardy, is the Marx Brothers, specifically their first seven films from THE COCOANUTS to A DAY AT THE RACES.
