Thanks for the great article. I loved watching The Little Rascals when I was a kid.

You are welcome. I loved them too when I was a kid, and a few years ago I spent much time tracking down every then out-of-print Little Rascals tape from Cabin Fever Video. It took me about a year to find every one.

Once I finally had all 21 volumes... I copied each short film onto other tapes just so I could have them on tape in the order they were originally released in the movie theaters. I guess that is either called dedication or insanity!

Wow, that sure is dedication smile

P.S. Love your name. Is that from Day at the Races?

And of course, like most video collectors, from the day that I taped the Little Rascals shorts in order, I haven't watched them. And that was two years ago. But they are there for that moment, coming up in the future, when I say "I wanna watch all the Little Rascals shorts."

And yes, "Hackenbush" is from A DAY AT THE RACES. Dr. Hugo Z. Hackenbush, Horse Doctor, as played by Groucho. I co-run a Laurel and Hardy page (Laurel and Hardy Central, found in my links on the B&W Movies Welcome Page) but my first love, even before Laurel and Hardy, is the Marx Brothers, specifically their first seven films from THE COCOANUTS to A DAY AT THE RACES.
