Hello. I have been on Ortho Evra for 3 months now with little to no side effects. I am overall very happy with it. I am 31 and this is the first time I have ever been on any hormonal birth control. Thought I'd been lucky for so many years and my luck was bound to run out sometime (withdraw method prior to this). My question is...I seem to not be able to handle alcohol anymore since starting Ortho Evra. I drink several drinks (7+) every Friday night. I do not drink at all any other day during the week. I seem to be getting sick every night after drinking. I have been drinking since 18 this same way and haven't had any problems unless I don't eat and drink hard alcohol. But, we're talking 7 beers only and eating and still getting ill at the end of the night. Has anyone else experienced this or am I just getting too old now to be drinking so much at one time?
