The ring is NuvaRing, a birth control 'ring' that is placed in the vagina for three weeks and then removed for one so the woman can have her period.

I am on my first week of the patch, and everything is goin fine of course except the usual lint ring i dont mind too much..

one thing..to get ortho evra i had an appointment and they weighed me there...their scale said 204 lbs.
i am 5'7
and i asked her about ortho evra and she said i could take it..she knew how much i weighed and didnt say anything recommending me not to take it.
the thing that scares me is what i see here about women over 198 that it is not as effective..i am about to join the gym so hopefully i can drop at least 10 lbs. but is this true? i what do i do now? i dont like pills...i always forget...
