In response to message posted by algernon:Hello: I was raised in Nova Scotia and enjoyed my former mother-in-laws homemade baked beans, homemade brown bread, green tomato chow-chow and fresh apple pie. If it's not asking too much, could you possibly send me a copy of your baked beans recipe. I have been craving some *old fashioned* baked beans lately and I was going to write my daughter to see if she could get me her grandma's recipes but I don't know if they are still in existance.
