I need some help me with my project work in terms of just filling out a survey form and i though maybe all of you wouldnt mind spending a few minutes to help me out. My project work is about using ballet to help basketballers get better in terms of maybe agility, jumping, flexibility, spatial awareness, co-ordination, balance and so on... If you would like to help, could you please just fill in the survey and if you do know of any good websites that i can use to research on ballet, please let me know, this would be very much appreciated.
