» barrie - Welcome to Suite101

Hi Zach
Welcome to Suite101. We have been waiting for an auto Editor for some time.

I was very involved in the auto industry in another life and still have an interest.

Your Topic is very visual. You may want to consider the use of photos in future articles. Your words on the Viper were very graphic but the article would have been stronger with a picture or two.

If you require assistance on how to up-load the pictures let us know and one of the Suite Technical guys/gals will help you out.

I hope you enjoy your time here at Suite101.

Regards

Ummm... I am the 'Automobiles' editor and I've been around since June. Apparently my topic is one of the Suite's best kept secrets. ;-)

Welcome, Zach! I'm glad you are here! If you need any help with anything, ask around. This is a great community of people!

The viper really is a tremendous car. Glad to read your review. I happen to really like the PT cruiser for its looks (I'm an older boomer) - but this car has power, no doubt, and presence.

Enjoyed your article and welcome! Jerri

Thanks for the compliments Jerri! It seems that Dodge/Chrysler is one of the only companies out there willing to produce wild and different cars... as can be seen with the Viper, Prowler and PT Cruiser.

» airdaddy - C5R

read about the last 24 hour race -if you think the Viper can beat the C5R- If you want to compare 2 cars that don't come close in cost. Z06, with a price less than half of the Viper's could most definetely blow anything off the road if you spent an additional 30,000 on it.

Don't get me wrong the Vipers an awesome car, but not a legend. How many Pro-stock Vipers have you seen?
