Highlights:- Learner's permit age increased from 15 to 15 years 6 months.
- Time to hold a permit increased from 6 months to 9 months.
- No drivers under age 18 on the road between midnight and 4 a.m.
- Drivers under 17 may not have more than one passenger under the age of 18 (except members of the driver's family or household).
- All drivers under 18 are prohibited from driving with more than three passengers under age 18.
