what to grow please help

I live in the eastern suburbs of Perth western Australia and have a area of ground 30 meters long and 1 meter wide running north to south along a fibro fence it gets the full afternoon sun and is very dry sandy soil (dirt)and I am at a loss as to what to plant. can you help me-- posted by popasmurf

In response to message posted by popasmurf:Do you want to plant trees, shrubs or bulbs? Whatever you grow will need to water and do some looking after. Try some of the plants that are endemic to your area.
Best to go to your local nursery and ask, or check out whatever is already doing well in other gardens in your area.
John may have some ideas for you.
