Uhmm.. actually, Wikipedia is not a dictionary!.... But, I suppose you do not read the fine print that is clearly visible on the main page, and on the first line
...
however, not to push ya too hard.. I actually like Wikipedia myself.... but... its not a dicitonary nor an Encyclopedia...
so, happy surfing....
Welcome to Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia that anyone can edit
ps>> Good links Kim!...
ppss>> Oh.. and Hawknuts... you left out several portions of the definiton of FAITH from Dictionary.com.... (as usual)...lol.. #4, 5, and 6.....
In fact, what you quoted appears to censored: For it continues: "Belief that does not rest on logical proof or material evidence. See Synonyms at belief. See Synonyms at trust.
#4 Faith
often Faith Christianity. The theological virtue defined as secure belief in God and a trusting acceptance of God's will.

"Belief that does not rest on logical proof or material evidence"
A sensible question for Hawknuts: True or False
The closer you get to heat, the colder it gets?..
...lol... have fun
