» EvilChihuahua - What is Atheism?
Is Atheism all about living a life without a "burden" of a god? Or is it a religion where it's followers take pleasure is senselessly attacking and ridiculing other people and their faiths? The words of some Atheists here prove that Atheism is all about the latter.
How boring it must be to be an Atheist, running around putting people down because they believe things differently. Since when did choosing to believe what you want make you less of a human?
Attacking people for their beliefs is no better then attacking people because of their skin colour, it's idiotic. At least Jesus taught that we should love all mankind, which includes respecting their beliefs, even if they are against God.
While most Atheists act their age and have no problem with Christians, you lot (you know who you are) are acting childish and giving other decent Atheists a bad name.
But you don't like Christians, big whoop! I don't like Homosexuality but I've learnt to live with it and respect Homosexuals as people.
But then again I shouldn't be complaining. For years Christians have been trying prove Darwin and Evolution wrong (with much success actually), but your actions are doing just that. According to Evolution ape Evolved into a higher, more intelligent life-form, but with these Atheists whining about how they hate Christians, they have proven that mankind's Evolution has gone backwards.

Post on Atheist sites?
BTW, oh Great Intelligent One, you still don't seem to know a theory from a religion.

In response to Re: Re: What is Atheism? posted by Atheist13:Just to inform you that atheism means that you don't believe in anything. Everybody believes in something. Therefore, if you don't believe in God, you are an agnostic. Just wanted to make that clear. And yes... I can name hundreds of books more evil than the Bible.

In response to Re: Re: Re: What is Atheism? posted by Red:Not quite so, from M-W:
"2 a : a disbelief in the existence of deity b : the doctrine that there is no deity"
"Everybody believes in something"
Damn it! Can't find out what I believe in. Could you clarify what that might be?

I have been saying that for years
Thanks for repeating it..
To be an Atheist, that is, to reject God as true, is only a logical fallacy... Why? Who can know, God is not?... No one, except God of course.. and then, we come to humanism.. the god of .....self..
Atheists believe in many things.. Faith, for one.
Damn it! Can't find out what I believe in. Could you clarify what that might be?
You believe, for example, in that which you 'can't find'... i.e. Atheism...
