The James Webb Space Telescope is projected to be launched on 2011 though most probably it will be delayed in part because of a general delay resulting from the Columbia tragedy.
The Hubble will probably be serviced by a robot mission and could make it perhaps up to then, but some critical tasks performed by shuttle crews are out of the question, and most probably will curtail any chance of going beyond about 2015-20.
